We've lovingly restored this lovely duplex to its original 1927 condition. Assuming, of course there was central air conditioning, LG washers and dryers, fiber optic cabling, and microwave ovens in 1927!

You will be located directly between the Beverly Center shopping center and The Grove/ Farmers Market entertainment and shopping complex.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with luxury high-thread count 100% cotton linens, hypoallergenic pillows and comforter, smart TV, central AC/heater, large closet, two dressers, nightstands, and full bathroom with shower/ tub with vanity area. Enjoy the sunrise by bringing your morning coffee out the French doors onto the cozy rattan seats on the rear terrace.
The second bedroom has a cushy queen bed with luxury linens, a large closet, dressers, nightstands, smart TV, and separate full bathroom with tub/ shower.
BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms: one for the master suite and one for the second bedroom, each with tub/ shower.
KITCHEN
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything to prepare any meal from scrambled eggs to Christmas Dinner, including stainless steel range and stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with water and ice in the door.

You can step outside without even going downstairs by visiting the full-width front terrace that overlooks the front lawn and the calm street, by stepping from the master bedroom onto the rear terrace overlooking the rear garden, or bringing cocktails onto the carport patio with pergola cover.
Or you could head outside onto the lovely green lawn in the rear garden to read a book or take a nap.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
